form-free ceramics in the Eisenhuthaus Café

For some time now, I've harbored the desire to see my ceramics used in cafés. And, as that's often the case with manifestations, shortly afterwards the lovely Madeleine Rieder from the Eisenhuthaus Café in Poysdorf approached me and asked if I could imagine making tableware for her café.
Madeleine is the manager of the Eisenhuthaus Café, offering a variety of wines and delicious pastries in Poysdorf's oldest building, with its wonderful arcaded courtyard. She is taking over the family business from her father and wants to gradually realize her own vision for the café. One of her visions was a very special set of tableware for this unique location.
As I also grew up in a family business, I was all the more excited to support her with this project. Shortly after her inquiry, we sat down and tested various prototypes for dessert plates, cappuccino cups, and espresso cups. It was especially important to Madeleine to have the Eisenhuthaus Café logo stamped on the ceramics. After we decided on a design, I went straight into production.
The dishes have now been installed in the Eisenhuthaus Café and are already in daily use.
I'm very grateful to Madeleine for approaching me and allowing me to be part of her vision of the Eisenhuthaus Café with my ceramics. The NÖN also published a newspaper article about our collaboration. You can find the link here:

Why not stop by the Eisenhuthaus and enjoy the delicious pastries with a cup of coffee—that's exactly what I'm planning to do over the next few weeks.
